01About
Who is Mert Erim?
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. After completing my degree in physiotherapy I focused on orthopaedic rehabilitation and manual therapy. One principle has stayed with me since my first day in practice: understand the movement pattern that produces the pain, not only the pain itself.
Sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. During the assessment I look beyond the painful area — at posture, at the movement chain, at everyday habits. A shoulder problem rarely begins in the shoulder.
Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation. Following a physician's diagnosis, I plan rehabilitation programmes that combine prescribed exercise, manual techniques and client education. The goal is recovery that carries into daily life, not one that ends in the treatment room.

Areas I work in
Each area has its own assessment protocol and its own progress measures. The content of a programme depends on the diagnosis, the age and the goal.
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Post-operative and musculoskeletal conditions: graded loading and a return-to-function programme built on the physician's diagnosis.
Sports Rehabilitation
Return to sport after injury, progressing stage by stage through strength, balance and movement-specific testing.
Posture Analysis
Posture and movement analysis to find where load is distributed poorly, followed by corrective exercise that fits into daily life.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on techniques for joints and soft tissue, always used alongside exercise to support range of motion.
Back & Neck Problems
Assessment and exercise-based care for complaints related to desk work, prolonged sitting and repetitive strain.
Spine Health
Long-term programmes targeting muscular balance and motor control around the spine, maintained with regular follow-up.
Physiotherapy is planned following a physician's diagnosis. The content on this site is for information only and does not replace medical advice.
03My Approach
How the process works
A transparent, four-step path. Knowing why each step exists is one of the most important parts of the process.
- 01
Assessment
45–60 minYour history, medical reports and imaging results are reviewed together. Movement analysis, range of motion and strength tests clarify the current picture.
- 02
Personal Planning
After assessmentGoals are set together; session frequency, exercise load and the home programme follow from them. The plan is not fixed — it is updated as you progress.
- 03
Treatment & Application
45 min per sessionManual techniques, exercise and, where needed, supporting modalities are combined. Each session builds on the one before it.
- 04
Progress Tracking
At regular intervalsThe baseline tests are repeated and results compared. The programme is adjusted where necessary, so progress stays measurable.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. We begin with the history of your complaint and review any medical reports or imaging you bring. Movement analysis and functional testing then clarify the current situation, and we plan the way forward together.
The first assessment usually takes 45–60 minutes; later sessions average 45 minutes. The exact duration depends on the methods used and how you are on the day.
Anyone with a musculoskeletal complaint, anyone in post-operative rehabilitation, and anyone who wants to improve posture and movement quality can benefit. A physician's assessment is required beforehand.
The number depends on the diagnosis, how long the complaint has lasted and how you respond. For that reason no fixed number is promised in advance: an expected range is shared after the first assessment and updated as progress is measured.
You can book by phone or via WhatsApp. Available days and times are shared, and we agree on the slot that suits you.
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Bringing any medical reports, MRI or X-ray results and a list of your current medication makes the assessment easier.
